cant seem to sleep peacefully these few days. keep waking up super early everyday and i just become so tired. hope it wont adversely affect my race. im super duper scared. just last night i couldnt go to sleep cos i kept thinking about it and what timings i should be hitting each round, i had to tell myself to get it out of my mind and go to bed. how do all these people take this every year?

oh God im scared!
