oh thank God BT2 is finally over and i can concentrate on my race! (:dunno what the results will be like but my mind is on the track now and my PB
hope my ankle holds up, and that i'll really put my trng into the race.
i realised my race doesnt justify my trngs so i really need to prepare myself mentally.
